"From a young age, I’ve been passionate about movement, health, and performance. Growing up as a competitive volleyball player and later stepping into the world of bodybuilding, I learned firsthand how training and nutrition impact the body. But despite my dedication, I struggled with hormone imbalances, gut issues, and the mental toll of chasing "perfection" in health.

These personal challenges fueled my passion for holistic health—going beyond diet and exercise to address hormone balance, gut health, and mental well-being.
